Census upload page unavailable

We have experienced a technical problem that caused an internal server error. I am pleased to say that the problem has been resolved and the upload page is now accessible again. 

In order to resolve the issue it was necessary to remove the password  protection on the upload page. Please be assured that this did not compromise the security of census files. The password protection is in place to prevent uploading of files not related to the CES census. Password protection has now been reinstated.
